Been coming here for almost 10 years, only out of ...

Been coming here for almost 10 years, only out of habit, and most likely will not be back. My daughter and her friend were seated in the back bar area, which is fine if they are full. They don t seem to care about the back area though, as apparent by the poor state of the tables (constantly moving, wobbling, put 2 tables of different heights together to make 1 table, etc). Waited longer than expected for simple finger food...waitress came over a few times to apologize for the wait. When they finally got the food, 2/3 final items were cold. Asked to comp the 2 items, stating the long wait time. Manager literally fought over it...like is $20 really going to break your day? Instead, left a bad impression on the kids and they don t feel like going back anymore. They ve gone there all through college, and Landmark has been a regular meet up spot since they graduated, but this interaction has ruined it for them.

I don t blame them for wanting to move away from Landmark. Food quality hasn t improved, prices constantly increase (and GrubHub prices are higher than in-restaurant prices), service is lacking. It s nice to visit once if you re in the area, but will be a waste of money.
