Marisa is fantastic!!!! When your son had just about given up on getting Senior pics and Kevin says, Marisa has photographed him at school the last 4 years and would really like to do his Senior pics. You go & give her what she wants. Then to realize she has just given you everything you could have ever hoped for. Fredericks has always worked with me and has never complained about my endless picture addiction/infatuation. They heard my vision time and time again & delivered everytime. They have went above and beyond many times (during their busiest seasons) to make sure we are happy. This has meant so much to me personally and the bonus in their exceptional photography & customer service is we have some of our favorite pics ever, that were taken by them. Our Gem of a #10 couldn't be more thrilled with his pics. We will cherish them for a lifetime. D will share these pics with his kids and grandkids one day. They do just an amazing job and work so hard on the frontend and behind the scenes to capture the essence of the soul that appears in front of that lense & their amazing magical Photographers. Thank you Marisa & Fredricks for all you do and have done for us. For your hard work, dedication, loyalty & love in savoring these beyond precious moments in time, for us. You are appreciated and we are so grateful to have had the pleasure in experiencing your remarkable works of art.

This company restores your faith in customer service, they are professional and really put their heart and soul into personalization. Customer care may not be a lost art after all. Bonus of all bonuses, when your son walks out after his photoshoot & says, That was so much fun & still with a big smile on his face even though his cheeks are sore from all the laughing & smiling.
