The staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to negotiate with me an acceptable price for our engagement ring, it was originally a set pair that i needed to split in order to afford at the time. However, when returning to try to purchase the matching wedding band we had found they had taken the negotiated discount from the engagement ring, and added it to the wedding band which made the matching band impossibly expensive. So we ended up shopping around and found the exact same style and quality wedding band for half the price at Kay Jewelers. Sorry G&DS...you asked for the review. I thought that was a bit of a shady business practice. Overall we were happy with the single ring purchase though. Also, when returning for sizing...you may want to allow at least a week. Although they do it in house, and it may be covered under your warranty...don't expect a quick turnaround. For quicker turn around, consider calling around. Another thing we became frustrated with was when bringing the ring in for sizing, the jeweler seemed a bit rushed, and in turn we felt rushed to determine the best ring sizing. In turn we ended up getting a much looser fitting ring than desired "based on his recommendation" . So now we will have to return to have it resized, and this time it is not covered by the warranty (only first sizing is covered for free).

**Update**
Since posting this review, we were contacted over the phone by our original sales person who was very helpful and offered to help correct the misunderstanding. We are planning to return the ring we bought from Kay and get the matching wedding band from G&DS. They have also offered to size them both at no charge. Will update again once we have finalized our purchase. Thanks Veronica!

**Update 2**
As promised, G&DS delivered our matching wedding band for my wife at a great price. They also took care of the sizing for both rings and soldering for free. We are very happy with the final outcome and only wished we could have had it taken care of sooner. But better late than never! Thanks again to Veronica and G&DS management for correcting this misunderstanding. We would definitely recommend them to any of our friends or family.
