From the minute we arrived at reception we were made to feel so welcome and this was a theme throughout the entire hotel, from the Concierge, Spa staff and the Bar and Restaurant areas, great service. The Spa is so relaxing with everything within the same area centred around the bright pool area where you can have lunch or relax by the pool with wonderful views of Belfast Lough. I visited in April with my Sister and Cousin and we were upgraded to a lovely large suite which was a nice surprise. The food in the Mitre Restaurant was delicious and breakfast was to a high quality. All in all this was a great overnight stay and treat. The staff made us feel special and the old building and grounds provided a stunning setting. This was a lovely treat and I highly recommend this Hotel.
