Boyfriend & I moved here in February & I love everything about Roosevelt Row! To make it sort of short & sweet...the staff is very professional, responsive, & genuine! The cleanliness of the property is exceptional! The maintenance & cleaning professionals work around the clock to ensure they upkeep every inch of the property, they re amazing & very friendly!! (One of the gentleman even changed my tire for me once haha) The amenities have to be some of the best I ve seen! The resort style pool is unmatched & so relaxing! The gym has everything you could possibly need & the equipment is very clean & functional. The parking garage is very secure & there are plenty of parking spaces for all of the residents, & I love that our guests can even park in the garage in the designated area! The location is great & the block is pretty trendy! The other residents are pretty friendly & I love that the community is very dog friendly! I also love how secure the property is as well! Downtown living could be a little nerve wrecking but I feel pretty safe!
We personally have not had any maintenance issues in our unit thus far which is nice!
Safe to say We love living here!
