Every person that I have been in contact with at Zoot has been very kind to me, but, more importantly, has been very kind and caring toward my pet. I have a cat that was feral and starving when I trapped her and is now a loving indoor cat. Even though she hides from everyone, but me, she seems so much more relaxed on our trips FROM the vet, particularly after being examined and cared for by Dr. Davis and/or Jacob (the vet tech). Let's face it, cats don't ordinarily enjoy car rides so the calming affect that these care givers have on my 4-legged child is very unusual and appreciated. Zoot is the 4th vet hospital that I have taken my pets to during the last 10 years, but is the first and only one that has owners and associates that obviously care about the animals they treat.
