The equipment is user friendly, has a lot of great functionality and allows for customization. The customer service is non existent. I work in an orthopaedic office and we have had no luck getting a replacement for a broken keyboard or help with having the batteries checked out for the cassette. I would find a different vendor if you re looking to have a DR system installed.
