Theresa Grant, DRE #01202881 was my realtor from this company. In 4 months of trying to sell my house at a price she thought was fair market value as I recieved a few poor comparisons weekly from her, I was very disappointed to get no offers. When our agreement ended it took over 10 days for her to remove the sign and lockbox. One time I came home to find one of my doors had been left wide open for 8 days while I was out of town. Out of the many showings of the house I don't believe the lowest storage level of the house was ever shown at any of them. Lights were left on upon leaving or never turned on for the potential buyers. Overall I was extreamly disappointed and unimpressed.
