Was told I would get a sample pack of urethane too...

Was told I would get a sample pack of urethane tooling board and wanted it badly enough I offered to pay shipping but was assured it's normal they cover all costs. After a phone call, and some email correspondence with my shipment information I waited a full month... I've called a few times, and nothing. That sort of customer service is poor, as I wanted to buy $400 of product, and so I'll leave this review then shop elsewhere. Being outright ignored after being told one thing, and them doing another is frustrating in my situation.
