appointments are nearly impossible to schedule due to the phone never being picked up. I can't even count the number of times I've called with no response or have been hung up on after being transferred. incredibly frustrating and inconvenient to refill medications when your psychiatrist and/or their receptionist is nearly impossible to actually reach.

my doctor does his job well and i have no complaints with him- just the way the office is run
