Customer service,price and honesty is what people gravitate towards when business looses this than you might as well consider closing your doors because you have lost your customer. The overall service was outstanding but its unfortunate the understandings of what was originally generated with the phone service communication on what needed to be accomplished per my request was definitely a misunderstanding but Thanks ,we resolve the problem and repair were completed in a professional matter now we can move on to a productive business negotiations in the future.
