Went to Mambos Ibiza party on the roof terrace, great venue, DJ's were amazing, great event we thoroughly enjoyed , the bouncers were a friendly crew- however the staff were downright rude to us paying customers- Bar staff were rude also, we were ordered about to sit out on roof whilst people ate ( that was not told when we purchased tickets) and we were not asked politely and we had to ask to come back in and then told we weren't allowed to stand/sit in certain areas, then at the end of the event., pretty much shouted and screamed out to leave the venue as soon as the music stopped- very unprofessional and really left a sour taste in our mouth after the Dj's being great, the crowd was great and the event was great- the venue was great but never been spoken to by staff like that as a paying customer at any event that i have been too- shame it ruined the end of the night for us. Well done to the DJ's though- they rocked it!
