Nino's service was exceptionally great. My husband picked out a guitar for me for a Christmas gift and it just wasn't quite the one for me. I came into the store in person to exchange it. I fell in love at first sight with a retro Alvarez and didn't want to go too much over the budget of what my husband had purchased for me. Nino's kindness, attentiveness and appreciation for what I was trying to accomplish really was quite extraordinary. And never anywhere have I seen such a vast selection of amazing guitars. I walked out in love with my new acoustic. i'm highly satisfied with my purchase.
