I had great time dealing with Mike Pearson, he was easy to deal with, answered my questions, helped me get my bike I wanted. My one and only problem was my brand new 2012 zx6r was not clean when I picked it up. It still had the sold paper tape stuck to it... dust all over it...
They were very busy, being the start of a new spring riding season.
But a new bike should be given nice and clean..
I phoned with the required 5 days to pull it out if storage. Anyways Mike was not the person I spoke with nor did I see him when I picked up the bike.

Anyways... long story short Mike was great, sales manager was great.. just got stuck with a dirty bike..
