I had to switch because of my accountant. A huge slow and log package with lots of bugs. You clearly notice that things do not go well in terms of development internally at Snelstart. Many things (such as invoicing invoices) can only be done via a desktop application that only runs on Windows and is clearly obsolete and unclear (and slow) in terms of interface. In 2019 you really can not get around and there are much better options. The customer service is barely reachable by phone because of the long queue and via the chat the answers are below par.
