Museum is FREE. It was a very somber visit and allow yourself around 2.5 hours to really walk around and read. You start on the top floor and work your way down. Before you enter the elevator you get a card and it is a person who was lost during that time frame. As I read her info I could only imagine what she went through. Each floor was a plethora of information and just allow yourself to cry. It hurts and when you leave I hope you're a changed person like I was.
