The receptionist are very rude and need to be fired. I called to have an urgent matter pertaining to my Father reviewed and was met with a very rude greeting (if you can even call it that) Before I could state my full concern I was immediately transferred to a voicemail. I ve called several times since then and the receptionist is screening calls and still has not answered the phone.
