Our a/c was only putting out cool-warm air. Tech named Jeff came to the house the same day I called Total for an appointment. He resolved the problem without delay by replacing a capacitor. The capacitor he replaced was installed eleven days less than a year ago by Total so I was not charged anything for the new part, labor or the service call. Jeff was very pleasant and personable which my wife and I greatly appreciated. Thank you Total Air Solutions for standing behind your warranty.
