After 20 years of being with this company, they made up a lie that I left this country for 6 weeks when I really left for 2, They did this so they could take me out of my insurance plan that I ve been with for so long. BE CAREFUL if your thinking about joining this company they would rather kick a long time member out than praise them for their loyalty and safe driving. When you have a problem they don t solve it, the customer service team is RUDE , The manager is RUDE, everyone here is unprofessional and simply in it for money . PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME , too many hidden fees, lies and rudeness. What ever happened to the customers always right. You d be much better off being insured by another company!
