Friendly staff, great location, comfortable room, but no veggie breakfast option, noisy building work going on around site, and also main reason we booked was for spa treatments and there was no therapist on day we were there. The hotel is also dog friendly but provided no provisions for dogs despite charging a fee. We had a lovely time but too many little issues to make us stay again.
