I would not recommend working at this company:

- Company does not reward loyalty whatsoever.
- Poor pay structure.
- Very little prospect of promotion given that there are less than 30 employees total.
- Understaffed and overworked with some departments consisting of only one person.
- All the systems and processes in place are extremely dated and not fit for purpose.
- Underappreciated and there is a massive blame culture and sense of favouritism from senior management - however, any criticism does not work both ways.
- Lack of consistency in every realm, lack of accountability as well as approachability.
