I joined Inspire Fitness in November 2015 and I wasn't really sure what to expect. But, wow it has been absolutely brilliant! I knew in my head that I wanted to lose weight and get fit - and I've done that but the biggest thing I've noticed is my energy levels and mood have improved so much! I thoroughly enjoy every class.. each of the trainers are so different and that's what's great about it! The classes are tough but also alot of fun! #iloveinspirefitness
