I placed an order on 7/28/19 and was told by Adam Painfil the Illinois rep. That it would be 8 to 10 business days until I received my order shipping status. I called back on 8/11/19 to enquire and was told he's not in the office, he would call me back with an update. I never received a call. I called in the following day was was told he should not have said 8 to 10 business days that he should have said 10 to 15 and that 3 items were not in yet so I'd have to call back in on 8/19/19. I called Adam again and he said he would go down to the wearhouse from UPSTAIRS and he would call me back in 15 minutes with an update on my $540.00 order. He did not return the phone call. He has not helped me one bit in finding out why my order is so far behind from being fulfilled and shipped. Apparently the parks is going to take all the way till oct 2nd to even get there. The company is going to send me all other items in a partial shipment then ship the parka when it arrives in October.. this is unacceptable and I definitely will not order through this company again. I'd advise everyone else to call and make sure they have the items you want and that they can be shipped in a timely manner.
