Currently in my Jr year and not having a great exp...

Currently in my Jr year and not having a great experience. I call to make an appointment with an advisor I am told to go online, go online and there are no appointments available, call back and am told to "text in" the line. Get there after waiting hours (literally) through the text line and people are walking in, waiting 15 mins and seeing an advisor. The advisors always sound irritated and rushed, they want to give you the quickest answer to get you off the phone asap.
Struggling with financial aid, not receiving any direction from financial aid office or advisors. There's a very "This is just what it is" attitude and it's awful. I am so frustrated with my experience I am really ready to leave this school. I would love for an advisor to take a minute to care about my situation and give me some real ADVICE on what steps to take.
