They call me to schedule an evaluation appointment...

They call me to schedule an evaluation appointment for a friend. My friend doesn't read or write English, or Spanish. I couldn't pick up the call at the time. I figured they would leave a message, and they did but; when I attempted to call them back that's when the problem began. I couldn't get a hold of them. A computer answered and said, press 3 for disability issues. I did and the answer was, you have pressed an invalid key. I tried other keys hoping to find someone but, there was no help on sight. The # 0 would only take me back to the beginning of the message. IMA has to fix this problem. It has been very frustrated for me. I'm only trying to help someone with MH issues. They should know better. I imagine the serve a highly sensitive population with all sorts issues. Right now; I have been waiting for 70 mins to talk to the Social Security Administration, in order to help my friend schedule an appt with you. That's not acceptable. Please, take care of the phone issue. I imagine other people have gone through this but can't report it due to health impediments. I promise to give you 5 stars once it's fixed. Thank you.
