I recently ordered some products from the company and was fairly satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of spices and teas available. However, I found the shipping time to be longer than expected, and the packaging could have been more secure as some of the items arrived slightly damaged. Although the quality of the products was good, the overall customer service and delivery process left room for improvement. I do appreciate the efforts made by the company to offer unique and diverse products, but I hope to see improvements in their shipping and handling processes in the future. 👍🏼
