My doctor is great, but the office staff have a level of incompetence I have not seen before. It's taken more than a week to get medical records the hospital sent over, that I need urgently. My fiancee has not received lab results taken months ago. The phone line is a maze every time you want to leave a message for your physician. Avoid if you can find another office.
