Very bad EXPERIENCE!!!

Very bad EXPERIENCE!!!
1. Delivery time was delay was delay by 2hrs, called hipvan for status update they didnt get back to me.
2. Product defect upon arrival, returned item on the spot.
3. No updates from hipvan AGAIN after 1 day, tried calling hipvan hotline no one pick up.

Really disappointed with the hipvan service as it had cause alot of inconvenience to me.
