Where to begin... The bathroom floor was dirty and my feet looked like I had been walking outside barefoot right after a shower. We found a lid to perfume or something under the fitted sheet, which makes me wonder if they had changed them. There was hair stuck to the bathroom door and a bunch of kids kept me from getting any sleep because they were in or near the lobby talking until well after 4am! We complained and were told that's not their standards and would give us rewards points and the room would be cleaned when we got back and the supervisor was going to slip a note under the door to let us know how many points we would get once she found out. When we arrived back in the room late at night, we found the room just as we left it and no one cleaned it or replaced towels and we removed the do not disturb sign too and there was no note! To top things off, on the morning I checked out I noticed there was cement leaking down the bathroom wall coming from the ceiling, which got on my travel bag, which is now stained. The good news is they gave us enough rewards points equal to the two nights I stayed and a little extra. The cement issue was due to emergency repairs and probably couldn't be avoided, although it shouldn't have leaked like that. They apologized and said if we do ever come back that they are planning on doing some remolding after the summer months and to mention the problems we had and they can accommodate us more. Other than all that, everything else was great.
