We are my husband and I, my son (2) and our dog Emma.
We arrived full of anticipation when the first blow came. We wanted to check in at 2:20 pm. All right, we couldn't get into the house until 3 p.m. My husband had called Center Park beforehand, and they said they could go into the house from 12 noon. Ok, maybe there was a misunderstanding. So I waited 40 minutes in the car. We were also given a house that was at the other end of the park (250). Requested and noted in the booking was one near the beach.
In the house then the next shock, next door a JGA with 6 men. Other side 10 young people in a party mood. Opposite also an 8 person house, in the back some building outside the park which apparently makes partying from morning to night with loud music.
Great, we come from the country, it's quiet and now my son can't calm down. So that's not what we call vacation.
After a more than stressed night we went to the reception to ask for another house, we were kindly turned away. Frustrated, I went back into the house, I lie in bed and see: MOLD !!! Especially not with a small child. So back to the front desk complained: there would be no alternative, only chemicals that make the bungalow uninhabitable. We then said no with thanks.
On the way back we just bought a quick bread in the Msrket Dome. Seen the next morning: also moldy and already expired. NERVE!
We also complained to our tour operator, they also did not achieve anything with the park. We could leave after 3 days (10 were booked). Money back? Only with a certificate from the park that there was no other option. And then at home the surprise because we should take photos of the mold. There it is then weighed up whether it is feasible or not. Thank you; So it means for us: hold out, 3, sleep in a double bed and leave the other room completely unoccupied.
That was our first and last vacation at Center Park. Costs 1700 for the bin!
