App a month ago Kim had recieved a warning for not having a front plate on his Vet that he had bought from Shottenkirk Chevrolet. We went to Shottenkirk and ask the salesman if he could help us get a plate holder since we live in a state where it is the law to have front & back plates. The saleman went and talked to someone. Returned and told us they wouldn't help us BUT Kim could purchase one from the parts dept. Anyways long story short.. Kim recieved a letter this last week from Sottenkirk stating they have exceptional customer service. We didn't agree the letter. Since Kim spent alot of money at Shottenkirk and they wouldn't put a plate holder on his Vet. I shot off the Very Unhappy E-mail to them. Kim recieved a call with in minutes of me sending the e-mail, from a very concerned Sales Consultant Jason Guisinger that Kim was unhappy. Jason listened to Kims concerns with it being a Iowa law. Jason told that if we'd bring the Vet into Shottenkirk that they would put a plate holder on the front of his Vet.We took the Vet into Shotttenkirk this last Monday and Jason met us at the door with a hand shake and told us he was sorry for what happened & Shottenkirk would take care of it. Which they did. NOW that is Exceptional Customer Service. Shottenkirk , Jason Is A Exceptional Sales Consultant. And Because of his caring that Kim was unhappy with what happened and took care of it. WE WILL RETURN to Shottenkirk in the future and tell people how Shottenkirk Cares About There Customers. Thank You Jason for being a caring Sales Consultant. Kim Reason. & Karen Roland.
