They will show you the hope and at the time of closing they take that hope away. Very unprofessional people who have no knowledge about mortgage process but act like professionals. Iowa Mortgage bankers doesn't work directly, you have to go through a other financial Institute and Iowa Mortgage bankers will handle your mortgage. I would say just go to the bank who handle mortgage itself instead of a third party involvement. And if any chance you do decide to go with this bank and then I would say Best of luck for not getting the house.
