First time filing a claim and this agent Jamal Kemp or whatever just starts throwing shade on me when nothing was explained to me on how to go about getting my car fixed. He was under the assumption that I knew. One thing you should never do is assume. Now here I am with a rental car I don't need waiting for my car to get fixed and this guy has the woest customer service. I'm switching insurance because this has been a nightmare and he has been nothing but rude and no help. Thanks a friking lot IMT.
