Came here to renew a license, the wait wasn't long, but the only way you know which floor is to call the office and ask. Once inside and you find the correct clerk, you most likely will have to sign in on a clipboard tucked away somewhere. No signs to tell you to sign in. The only way I knew was the person before me told me. The people here lack attention to detail and care for the taxpayers.
