The company has failed to keep its commitment and has lost the customer's faith as it has delayed the possession of the said unit innumerable times and there seems to be no deadline to this project. I have paid 80% of the amount and am paying interest on it every month to the bank which is causing me a substantial financial. My father is retired and has no own place to leave as they fail to deliver the possession and now not responsing to any calls and emails, it hard to communicate personall evrrytime we dob't reside in same state. I feel cheated and fraudulent as even tried to reach the ceo of team taurus but still no one reverted. I see no professionalism and forced to go other social media platforms and if syill no way remains then lastly may ask help from consumer complaint.
