Utter time wasters. It took them two weeks to send a recovery vehicle to collect a bike for assessment. Despite the fact that I have informed the customer service in advance that the bike is badly damaged and loading it on to a truck is not a one man job only a driver was sent to recover the vehicle. After looking at the bike the driver confirmed the exact same thing I told customer services and left leaving the bike. When I called the company and asked what is the next step I was informed that they do not have a vehicle suitable to recover my motorcycle and that they don't have anyone who would be able to assess the damage on-site hence they can no longer assist me.
During my dealings with this company I had to constantly chase for updates and make sure things are not falling behind.
4th Dimension throughout this ordeal seemed only focused on getting me to accept a rental bike and forwarding my details to personal injury lawyers, getting my bike assessed and repaired did not seem to be on their agenda at all.
