I did research online to decide on which work shoes to buy. Roderer's was my choice because of their being a local company and also the shoes were what I wanted.
When I arrived, on Sunday August, 23 they were very busy and I resigned myself to a long wait. To my surprise an employee walked up to me and asked if they could help me. I told him what shoes I was looking for and asked to have my feet measured just to be sure I bought the right size.
My feet were measured, the shoes I wanted were brought out, I tried them on, I decided to buy them, and I was rung out. All this was done in a matter of moments.
After I got home, there was a "Thank you" email in my inbox from Chris Roderer thanking me for my business and saying if there's anything he can do, just contact him.
I was so impressed by this that I decided to purchase another pair of shoes from them. I placed the order online in the late afternoon and the shoes were hand delivered by I assume a Roderer employee today Monday August 24, 2020. I was glad to see that they came from the E. Stroop store.
What a great shopping experience. I require a special type of shoe that are relatively expensive no matter where I get them and Roderer has earned a life-long customer.
