CCI offered me an upgrade on my MTN contract for R...

CCI offered me an upgrade on my MTN contract for R225 per month including a free phone and more data etc than I was currently receiving. I am now being billed over R1100.00 per month for less data and without ever receiving any new cell phone. When you try to contact their call centre, you can never get through.
