We are new tenants with PRD and have received excellent service. We were able to secure a rental property even before it was advertised due to the thoughtful initiate of property manager Michael Darken, who listened carefully to our needs. The application process was straight forward and all subsequent paperwork done electronically which made for a very smooth process.
