Felt like I was asking to many questions for the neurologist. She would get unsettled every time I had a concern. Seems like she didn t have much patience for dog moms like me that worry to much. When it came down to the bill it was a lot higher then I expected. I questioned why it was so much. She got upset and said I was told the total. I told her she explained to me the breakdown for the 2 choices I had and that one of the exams wasn t on the list of what I chose. She then got upset and walked out talking out loud and yelling for all of the staff and other customers waiting in the room to hear about how she was upset and talking about me while I sat in the room listening. I thought that was VERY unprofessional on her part to do. She walks back in and turns it into a charity case saying because she cares about the dog she will not charge one of the exams. I couldn t get any more answers from her and I had to walk out with little questions answered about my dog. I will never go back there again.
