Edit to update: less than 24 hrs after posting, a representative called (the original gentleman that came to my home) and apologized profusely as well as came back over to do a thorough re-check and full estimate. I received a quote before he left my property and an updated quote the next day-as promised. I also received a phone call verifying I received all that I needed. The pricing is beyond reasonable and this company went above and beyond to make things right for me. They truly care and have completely changed my opinion of them. Now I know why they came highly recommended and I will certainly recommend them in the future.

A roofer came out on Tuesday, April 14th to take a look at a possible roof replacement/repairs and rafter support install. He looked at the roof and and the rafters. He advised that the rafters would need to be looked at by one of their building specialists and it would take a few weeks as they are backed up on requests (due to the recent wind storm). When I received the quote later that evening, it was for a simple repair for a small part of the roof where a pipe had collapsed and exposed the roof. There are plenty of issues with my roof and I described them to him. I thought it was strange that I received this small quote vs a detailed repair quote for ALL repairs on the roof or a simple roof replacement quote. When I received a call from the office the next day to follow up, I explained to her what I was looking for and someone was suppose to call me back. I didn't hear anything so I called the next day. I got. "well, he didn't come in yesterday so when he comes in this afternoon, I will give him your message and tell him to call you." I still didn't hear anything. On April 27th, I called the office once again and she said that when she looked up my information it was marked completed. She said she would give him the message that I was still looking for roofing quotes when he comes in that afternoon. Here it is, May 5th and I have yet to hear anything. If the roof quote was contingent on the rafters issues (which it shouldn't be because the rafters just need additional support, nothing else) then that should have been explained to me or someone called to speak with me about this.

Also-from someone who has worked in the mechanical service industry for over a decade, if you are waiting until someone comes in to give them a message, there seems to be some behind-the-times processes happening that's obviously compromising the efficiency and integrity of your business.

This company came so highly recommended that it was such a real disappointment to experience such neglect.
