Look, I get the whole "Covid" thing, but you shouldn't make all your rooms available if you can't keep up with the demand of all the activities available. Everything was booked, restaurants, Jet skis, bikes, kayak, boats, spa, literally everything! Then they blame short staff due to Covid. No maid service, no room service, nothing. Don't book all your rooms if you're not going to have enough people available to work the activities. First time here, very disappointed. Won't be back.
