Everything that I have experienced here were called excellence. I have been receiving service here from last year October. From the beginning, eye exam was probably the scariest thing for me, but at Happy Valley optical, I conquered my fears because the doctor was so patient to me. My frame was broken the second month I got from them, and immediately I got a very satisfied answer that they would help me order a new frame but wouldn't charge me for anything. I got it, and it was worth waiting. Highly recommend, good location as well. Easy for parking and 2 minutes walking distance from campus!
