So fair warning to all this is a drop box location the real office is probably some troll looking guy living in his mother's basement. But really the phone ask you to press 1 or 2 with no dial pad.... for Spanish press 2 well you are SOL and if you wait long enough a guy (troll) will answer and hanged up on me twice both times used a differnt name. On the third time we decided to record this for proof got a women. Answered all questions turns out didnt even owe them so why am I getting a bill does the guy (troll) need to renew his subscription to world of warcraft. Or is there really a office there and the cowards were laughing at us threw the video cameras and noticed I started recording.i do not know but be aware of this pathetic excuse of a business.
