If i could give half a star or lower i would. The facility is a joke. Sure there is a few great people but as a whole the VA is horrible. I've gone in several times and many of the staff including nurses are dressed in regular cloths (jeans and a tshirt/Polo shirt). I'm sorry you should be in scrubs. The facility always appears dirty. Unfortunately there is never enough seating for people. They spend all this money on a parking structure and can't find funds to get more staff. For the satellite clinics I'm sorry why are they lacking equipment. They should all have the equipment like an xray machine and an area to be seen for everything. Also I'm sorry I'm not a retired person I work 5 days a week and there is no late-night clinic for me I constantly have to take off of work to be seen. I'm sorry but back in NY the VA had late nights every other week so WORKING veterans could be seen and it was open Late. It's sad when I choose to be in pain or hurt because it is better than dealing with the VA
