Poor WiFi range(I should not have to call a front desk to change rooms).
Dining experience did not disclose full information and thus was confusing.
Amusing hidden fees for the unwary traveler.

Polite staff. Clean rooms. Hot showers.

To be a five star more is expected than what I would receive at a three star. Will not be recommending and will not be coming back.
