Im not sure how they do it and maintain a profitable margin... firstly, have experienced Kichler for indoor and outdoor lighting. My frame of reference is as a Kichler customer. I was not satisfied with Kichler for quality, packaging and certainly not cost.
Volt has exceeded my expectations on above 3 and... add in unrivaled customer support. Volt's packaging is comparable to Apple's standard if Apple were in this industry. Quality of products is better than any American made product... heavy, solid, well-machined and exceptional attention to detail. The cost is 1/4th the cost of competitor...! I needed customer support because i broke a glass globe. They shipped 2 replacements, no-charge 2-day.
All shipments received very quickly. Accuracy of each shipment was 100% accurate.
I called the company to see how I could invest... they are privately held :(
I would buy a piece of this company if it was possible just to see how they do it. God I hope this company maintains its strategy and overwhelming dedication to its mission! They will be the Apple of the lighting industry
