I am so lucky to have found crossfit AMRAP. I never thought I could find such a fun and amazing place to workout, the coaches are amazing, they are super down to earth and are always there to push you to the next level and most importantly, they really care about form and us not getting injured.

I normally go to the 5:30am class (Dawn Patrol). I still remember the first day at Dawn Patrol, I felt so intimidated but everyone was so welcoming, it took me about a month or 2 to feel completely comfortable and now I have so many friends and some of them who I even consider my best friends.
I truly love this place and look forward to go to it every morning!!
