I have taken out absenteeism insurance with Turien...

I have taken out absenteeism insurance with Turien. I have been promised that they will pay properly every month if my employee is sick.
Now my colleague is affected by the Corona virus and I reported this to my insurance company.The first payment took 6 weeks (the first month is at my own expense) she told me that this was because it was the first time that she paid out but that would be a one-off from now on we could expect the next payments punctually, but unfortunately this turned out to be not true.
they should have said we pay when it suits us, but certainly not on time, just assume that we never pay on time.
what they can do is debit the premium from my account on time.
if I knew what I know now I would never have taken out insurance here.
