This is certainly not a 4 star hotel. The room almost fell apart, it smelled musty and was the opposite of luxury (What you would expect for the money). The bathroom was extremely shabby. A little later in the evening the door lock did not work either. The door could open to everyone from the outside. Then we decided to say something about it, is not such a nice feeling to sleep when everyone can walk in. And also is still for this money. But this problem was absolutely impossible to solve. There were no other rooms. (also weird in the corona time) and it could not be repaired. The manager present certainly did not treat us as guests, he eventually even started shouting. Very unprofessional and totally unaware of the situation. However, I would expect compensation, the only thing they could come up with is a free breakfast. Which is also not to eat, and the service was also not very good. Not a single employee who understood us. I will never go to a fletcher hotel again, and I advise everyone not to come here.
